Kautilya Finance seeks to provide growth capital and/or construction finance to developers. The Company invests in senior secured debt in residential real estate projects.
Where
Kautilya Finance restricts its focus to markets in Delhi and Mumbai only. The Company invests with developers that have a delivery track record. To be considered, a developer must have significant personal involvement in their project.
Why
Kautilya Finance is able to provide debt capital at competitive rates. Where required, the Company is able to structure longer term maturities to enhance developer and project flexibility.
