Portico was founded in 2007 to be a leading European real estate investor and asset manager focused on convenience retail real estate in quality locations, integrated into sustainable communities creating a long-term stable cash flow. The partners Mathieu de Bruin, Isaac Dahan and Razvan Gaita, collectively with the dedicated team of professionals have extensive experience in the acquisition and management of convenience real estate.
What
Portico invests in long leased stabilized properties, preferably anchored by a leading grocery retailer in areas with strong economic and demographic fundamentals. Target investments include local supermarkets and grocery stores integrated into residential communities and prime located high street and city center convenience stores.
Where
Portico’s current markets are the Netherlands, Hungary and Romania. In the future, Portico could consider investigating and expanding its footprint to other European markets.
